Oh I think I understand! Q is for Queen ..x means she captured …h means the file and 7 means the rank?
Okay if the Queen can move diagonally, vertical, horizontal and with as many moves as she wants why didn’t the Queen move to the King (h8), then to Rook (g8) and then to the other Rook (g7)?
This is the first day of trying to learn Chess and it is a bit confusing!!
